Mobile Notary Services

Renata LLC Mobile Notary Services provides mobile general notary services in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, primarily in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties and mobile general notary services to Burlington, Camden, Monmouth, and Ocean counties in the State of New Jersey.

All Notary Public Fees are published on the Pennsylvania Department of State website and the New Jersey Notary Public Manual. The established notarial act prices will be combined with additional Renata LLC administrative fees.

*Should you need any notary services performed outside of the above stated hours on Monday and Saturday, please call Renata LLC at (267) 745-2755 and request a special appointment that will incur an additional fee. There will be no appointments scheduled before 6:00PM Tuesday through Friday or on Sundays.

Renata LLC Notary Public Policy

Please note that all signers and witnesses must present the Notary Public with valid, unexpired, government issued identification in order to complete the notarial appointment.

All signers and witnesses must be competent and willing to sign of their own free will.

To confirm your notarial appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $52.00 must be made at time of booking.

The payment for the balance of your notarial appointment must be paid the day of the notarial appointment prior to the services rendered.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable, including for no-shows, late cancellations, or same-day cancellations. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, and cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost if you notify us at least 2 hours before your original appointment time. To reschedule, contact us at (267) 745-2755 or DRBrown@RenataLLC.com, and your existing deposit will be applied to the new date and time.
